
Ingredients
| 1 can | Ocean's Chunk Light Tuna (184 g or 170g), drained | 1 can |
| 6-8 | slices of whole wheat, multigrain or rye bread | 6-8 |
| 40 ml | low or non-fat mayonnaise or plain yogurt | 3 tbsp. |
| 1 | small apple diced (Red Delicious apples are nice) | 1 |
| ground black pepper to taste | ||
| 5 ml | lemon juice | 1/2 tsp. |
Directions
| 1 | Mix Ocean's Tuna with mayonnaise or yogurt, diced apple, lemon juice and black pepper. |
| 2 | Fill sandwiches with mixture. If the apple is large, save some slices as a healthy side to your sandwich! |
