Lite Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

1 can Ocean's Chunk Light Tuna (184 g or 170g), drained 1 can
6-8 slices of whole wheat, multigrain or rye bread 6-8
40 ml low or non-fat mayonnaise or plain yogurt 3 tbsp.
1 small apple diced (Red Delicious apples are nice) 1
  ground black pepper to taste  
5 ml lemon juice 1/2 tsp.

Directions

1 Mix Ocean's Tuna with mayonnaise or yogurt, diced apple, lemon juice and black pepper.
2 Fill sandwiches with mixture. If the apple is large, save some slices as a healthy side to your sandwich!
