Lite Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

1 can Ocean's Chunk Light Tuna (184 g or 170g), drained 1 can
4 slices of whole wheat bread or pitas  
40 ml low fat mayonnaise or yogurt 3 tbsp.
60 ml diced celery 1/4 cup
  ground black pepper to taste  
5 ml lemon juice 1/2 tsp.

Directions

1 Drain tuna, then mix with mayonnaise, celery, lemon jjuice and black pepper.
2 Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
