
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. | cream cheese, softened (250 g/8 oz.) | 1 pkg. |
| 250 ml | sour cream | 1 cup |
| 1 pkg. | ranch seasoning mix (28 g) | 1 pkg. |
| 1 can | Ocean's Cocktail Shrimp (113 g), rinsed and drained | 1 can |
| 160 ml | green pepper, diced | 2/3 cup |
| 160 ml | tomato, seeded, diced | 2/3 cup |
| 250 ml | grated cheddar cheese | 1 cup |
| 1 stem | green onion | 1 stem |
Directions
| 1 | Rinse and drain shrimp. |
| 2 | Beat cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning mix together until smooth. |
| 3 | Spread on a 9 or 10" quiche plate or similar dish. |
| 4 | Sprinkle green peppers, tomato, grated cheese and green onion around the edge. Spread the shrimp on top starting in the centre. |
| 5 | Chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. |
