
Ingredients
Filling:
| 1 can | Ocean's Flaked Albacore Tuna (184g or 170g), drained | 1 can |
| 125 ml | bottled cucumber dill dressing | 1/2 cup. |
| 125 ml | red apple, diced fine | 1/2 cup |
| 80 ml | celery, chopped | 1/3 cup |
| 80 ml | red onions, finely chopped | 1/3 cup |
Sandwich:
| 4 | large soft tortillas | 4 |
| 500 ml | iceberg lettuce, shredded | 2 cups |
Chef's Tips
Try toasting wrap on your grill, seam end toasted first.
Include crab style Surimi for added texture and interest.
Add feta, cheddar or your own additions to make this wrap your signature item.
Directions
Filling:
| 1 | In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for the filling. Adjust seasonings as necessary. |
Sandwich:
| 1 | Spread ¼ of the tuna filling towards the edge of the tortilla, leaving 1-1/2 inches uncovered. |
| 2 | Sprinkle shredded lettuce over the mixture. Roll over once, and then tuck the edges in towards the middle. |
| 3 | Finish rolling and serve, seam side down. |
